ssl-site可以在chrome上运行，但不能在curl上运行

错误在于：

同样的URL在chrome上也可以打开。我试图从chrome上复制curl，并使用curl运行，同样的错误。因此，也许chrome在SSL协商方面更为松懈。我怎样才能让curl表现出同样的行为？
